What shall I do if i cannot take part at the competition but I covered the entry fee cancellation cover?

Is there the opportunity to conclude the entry fee cancellation cover retroactively?
No, the entry fee cancellation cover can only be concluded in the cource of the online registration. An additional agreement is not possible for administrative reasons. Thank you for your understanding.
Do I have to return the RFID chip (passive transponder integrated in the start number)?
No, the RFID chip doesn‘t have to be returned. This chip can only be used once.

Difference between active transponder and RFID-Chip (passive):
Active transponders must be returned after an event, because they are reuseable. RFID-Chips are integrated in the start number and can only be used once. One active transponder costs about 60 euros.
Difference between gross and net time:
The gross time is the actual competition time that means the time from the start shot to the finish. The net time is the time from crossing the start line to crossing the finish line (personal chip time).
Payment after registration:
If you registered for an event and you did not pay immediately, you can pay at a later date. Please open our website archive.racetime.pro. Search the the event you registered for. Click at the „registered participants“. Next to your name there is a sign with two credit cards. If you click at this sign, you get to your payment options where you can choose one of the offered one’s.
I paid the entry fee twice:
Please send an e-mail to onlineanmeldung@racetime.pro. We will check your request and if necessary, we will refund the overpaid amount.
Name of the team:
Please take care how you spell your team name. If the team name is not written homogeneous, it is not possible to be assigned to the team.
Nominating a replacement although you have a season ticket:
If you cannot take part at a race of a cup although you have a season ticket, please send en e-mail in which you name your replacement to onlineanmeldung@racetime.pro.
Is it possible to nominate a replacement?
If you cannot take part at a competiton and you would like to give your paid starting place to somebody else, please send an e-mail to onlineanmeldung@racetime.pro. We are going to check, if it is possible. Basically it is possible to name a replacement up to 5 working days before the event.
Season ticket:
You registered for an event and already paid and now you would like to get a season ticket? Please register for a season ticket and send an e-mail to onlineanmeldung@racetime.pro. We are going to tell you the remaining amount.
Voucher:
A voucher can only be redeemed for an unpaid event. If you already paid the entry fee, the voucher cannot be used. Furthermore, the voucher is valid only for the event in the year in which it was issued.
My voucher cannot be redeemed:
If your voucher cannot be redeemed during the online registration, please send an e-mail to onlineanmeldung@racetime.pro.
Teamregistration / Collective bill:
If you would like to register several participants as a team or if you would like to receive a collective bill, please send us the list of participants with birth dates to onlineanmeldung@racetime.pro. We are going to register the individual participants as well as we prepare a collective bill for you.
What shall I do, if I am sick or I have an injury?
If you cannot take part at the competition because of illness or an injury and you covered the entry fee cancellation cover, please send an e-mail to onlineanmeldung@racetime.pro.
I would like to change the track I registered for:
If you would like to change the track, please send an e-mail to onlineanmeldung@racetime.pro. We are going to change it up to three working days before the event.
